We hope you all enjoyed all the celebrations during the 2010 Olympics here in our beautiful city! We know many of you attended events, medal ceremonies, concerts and other celebrations so we will continue to take orders for all 10 Olympic layouts we created until the end of this month. We still have some Olympic stickers available and our very own 12x12 and 8.5x11 Vancouver scrapbooks so come get yours today before they are all gone! Our scrapbooks are the perfect way to preserve all your once in a lifetime memories of the Olympics in our hometown.
Spring Break is here and we have KIDS CLASSES throughout the week of March 8-11th! We have a variety of classes available on our calendar, like card making, a mini scrapbook and a special Vancouver Olympic mini book. The Olympic book will be done in two days. Our classes are designed for children 7 and up. You must book and pre-pay for all classes and participants will need to bring their own adhesives and scissors to each class. If you sign up your child for all the classes, your child will receive a free upcoming KIDS CLASS of their choice. Classes are approximately 1- 2 hours, depending on how many kids are in the class and their ability levels. These classes are great for kids to be creative and have some fun over the holidays!
For all the adults, we have a fun calendar of classes ahead using lots of new paper from CHA. We just received new paper from “Best Creations” in a princess, boy and wedding theme. We also have new “Flutter” designs and embellishments from makingmemories. We have a super cute princess book this month, as well as cute cards classes all designed with the new paper. Our March’s All Occasion Card class will be full of new techniques too so make sure you look at that class. We are incorporating many of the techniques we introduced in our last month’s make n’ takes that were big hits!!!
We have a special card class this month where you will make 6 “Elegant” cards for all the special occasions this month. You will make wedding, graduation, anniversary and birthday themed cards.
“Crafts Too” has beautiful new embossing folders that fit into your BIG SHOT! We have lots of samples in store showing you the 6 styles we have in stock. The new releases will also be here shortly! They are going fast so come pick one up today, they’re just $6.99 each!
For any newbies to scrapbooking and cardmaking, we will be offering a Beginner’s Scrapbooking and Beginner’s Techniques class at the beginning of the month. If you sign up for both classes, you pay only $30 for two classes. This is a great time to start this wonderful and fun hobby.
Amari has designed a great take home recipe book as well this month for those of you who like doing projects in the comfort of your own home. There are only 10 kits available so be sure to come in or look online at the pictures. This is a great gift for a new homeowner, a bride or bachelor or for yourself!
We get so excited to see our UPS delivery guy walk through the door each week so we can open up boxes of new products. We have lots more great stuff on its way so be sure to read your weekly newsletter so you know when the new goodies arrive.
